Ohhh wait, I actually watched Cinderella Man over the weekend as well. Good movie, not great though. Something held it back from being great. Though it captured the emotions amd unsureness of the Depression Era, and it was very well acted.

Me and elp watched Cinderella Man tonight. We liked it. I took my boys to see Narnia yesterday, and really enjoyed it as well.
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, witch, and wardrobe
Great movie for people of all ages. It's a perfect movie. I loved every single bit of it!...... Also, to anybody who cares, it's a movie with many bibical references. So check it out!
Bought and watched cinderella man over the weekend, another Russell Crowe great
just finished watching The Devils Rejects, GREAT, great, great movie, as said before, Rob Zombie is a genius, i hope the guy comes out with a few more movies as good as this one!
So The Devils Rejects was great???? I need to see it, is it worth buying?
As tony the tiger would say, it was GGGGGRRRREEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTT!!!
yeah, definitely worth the buy, im gonna go pick up a copy of it, or just keep my buddies..haha
Walk the Line - Amazing.
Corpse Bride- Pretty Good
JARHEAD- Amazing
Crash- Maybe the worst movie I have ever seen.
Devils Rejects- ahh OK, cursing was just too overdone, I liked the opening more then anything, Rob Zombie makes movies just like he does music, pretty much the same song, same style and same lyrical content.
Aviator- One of my favorite movies now, saw it the past summer and fell in love with it.
I saw the trailor for the Davinci Code, man i cannot wait for that movie.
forgot to add, i watched the Dukes of Hazzard the other night as well, pretty decent flick, but as always, ya can't beat the original..
i've also seen the davinci code preview, cant wait either. Theres also another horror flick coming out on christmas, Wolf Creek i believe was the name of it, doesn't look to be a bad movie.
Im looking forward to watching Crash, id actually heard good things about it until NOLA! haha
Theres a trailer out now for the Divinci Code? Is it just a teaser or like a full preview?
Dukes of Hazard was good K67???? haha whatttttt..I heard it was god awful. Ill have to check it out, but theres only one real reason I wanna watch it anyways.
I'm surprised about the Crash, I loved it and actually thought the exact opposite I think it's one of the better movies I've seen this year.
Crash is a good good movie...you'll enjoy it
Devil's Rejects is great. It's not like House of 1000 corpses. It's more a 70's style fugitive on the run, kill em movie. GREAT!!
I thought crash was trying to hard to get a deep meaning, and it just couldn't pull it off.
Watched Million Dollar Baby last night. Thought it was decent.

Watched Million Dollar Baby last night
[/ QUOTE ]
you had to get emotional at the end of the movie.
I loved Million Dollar Baby, when I first saw it I was actually disapointed sightly by the ending. Though rewatching it, I just couldnt imagne a better ending that wouldnt come off as predictable or cheesy.
It gained our empathy, but only two movies that I have ever seen have moved me to tears. I was let down by the end of it, but I guess it was fitting.
What movies brought you to tears?
I watched Million Dollar Baby the other night and i thought it was pretty good. I did really like the ending but other than that it was a good movie.
I've got Crash if ya wanna borrow it mang
As a youngster: The Color Purple (the scene where Nettie and Celie reunite)
Second movie: The Passion Of The Christ -when Jesus takes the beating(still not sure whether it was me moved to tears from the movie or whether I simply got caught up in the emotions of everybody else in the theater-alot of grown men, some that I worked with at WRSP, some of the toughest SOBs I have known, weeping..was very powerful)
Where the Red Fern Grows tears me up
Old yeller always gets a little tear in my eye.
yeah that movie gets me too..
i liked the book better tho
I watched Anchorman for the first time. Dont know why i never watched it before but, I loved it. Very funny movie
watched King Kong today.. awesome action scenes, but the story/plot can be a bit of a snore at times. overal good movie. 7/10
Im tellin ya'll, if you havent watched The Devils Rejects, go rent it or buy it...now
watched it twice last night, and finishing it up the second time for tonight right now. The ending is spectacular, best ending i've seen on a movie in a long time
I agree, best movie of the year IMO.
Just got done watching Crash. It was good, one of the better movies I have watched in a while. I give it a 8/10. Great acting, great irony.
I musta have missed something. I thought it was all over done, way to predictable, bad acting, bad writing, Im a say it now, Crash is the worst movie I have ever seen.
Re-watched "Fandango" a 20 yr. old comedy starring a mostly unknown Kevin Costner . This is a movie about 5 college buddies on one last road trip across Texas to the Mexican border before having to deal with adulthood , marriage , Vietnam , jobs etc. Overall a pretty good movie with lots of laughs .
Saying its the worst movie you have ever seen might be going a little to far! haha..maybe theres a hidden meaning to why you dont hate it so much haha.
Yours, mine, and ours......As a movie it sucked, but it would be good to take the family out to see it.
I watched Celtic Pride earlier, horrible movie, but I could see myself kidnapping Favre to get the bears into the playoffs, so I can dig it.
Ive watched that before. It was ok back in 95' lol
Christmas Day tradition for me is to see a movie . Today I saw Wolf Creek . Thought it would have more gore (why am I wishing for gore?) but not as much as most slice'em up type movies . Based on a true story , the plot was slow in developing but you felt for the victims and there were tense moments . A good movie but that's about all . The previews of "Hostel" look to be extreme in the fright and gore factors , can't wait.
me and Blue saw "Wolf Creek" too. .. based on true events but of course they had to make up the part about the girls since they don't know for certain what happened b/c they never found bodies or the place. 6/10 and I agree "Hostel" looks awesome.
"Fun With Dick and Jane"- a few good laughs 6/10 (awesome preview for the Adam Sandler movie "Click" though looks to be really good)
"The Ringer" not one of my favorites, few funny parts, predictable overal 4.5/10
how could anyone go see Ringer? I know you work there smarty, so I am not saying this directed to you.
Blue wanted to see it ... the funny thing is the Special Olympics are actually endorsing this movie.
Watched Mr. and Mrs. Smith, thought it was pretty good. Also seen the Dukes of Hazzard, possiably the worst movie I have ever seen other than the girls and of course Jessica.
yeah, the movie isn't going against the special olympics. It has a heart warming meaning to the movie. And if anybody has seen Johnny Knoxville doing interviews and putting his movie out, he's got 2 of the "special" guys with him.
It's not meant to be a bad movie.
Last movies I watched..... Four Brothers, Cry Wolf, Serenity.
Serenity Rocks... great movie...
Four Brothers...good good movie...
Cry Wolf..decent..could have been better, to predictable, etc..
Also, Simpsons seasons 4-7...great dvd's
